While to us, our Rasor photos symbolize our sharp approach to marketing communications (not to mention a nod to our company name), to those diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, they can come to mean even more. For millions of women, PCOS can mean struggling with irregular menstrual cycles, infertility, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and excess facial hair. Five to 10 percent of women of childbearing age are affected by PCOS, with less than 50 percent of women diagnosed. This leaves millions of women undiagnosed, and because there are many symptoms that may vary woman to woman, PCOS awareness is vital to recognizing signs and getting tested.
