Our Solution: As part of a rebranding initiative, we recommended a complete overhaul of The Hill Hear Better Clinic’s website, social media efforts, logo and collateral materials. Through our research, we changed the positioning strategy to focus on their expertise and experience in audiology. We developed messaging around the group as a healthcare provider, rather than a retailer trying to compete with big box stores and others on price. The Results: The rebranding initiatives, updated brand presence, key messaging, copy and visuals were integrated into all of The Hill Hear Better Clinic’s materials, social media outlets and pay-per-click ad campaign and resulted in increased patient volumes, social media engagement (Facebook monthly post reach up by 150 percent; Twitter impressions up by 10 percent) and website sessions that increased by 68 percent.
