Natalie Brown, Senior Account Executive

Natalie brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning brand strategy, digital innovation and integrated marketing across consumer and retail-driven organizations. A strategic brand builder and trusted counselor, Natalie has led high-impact marketing initiatives for enterprise brands including See’s Candies, Sur La Table, Grandin Road, Teleflora and Tire Discounters.

Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams around a clear brand vision, Natalie helps organizations translate strategy into cohesive, results-driven execution. Her work bridges brand storytelling, digital transformation and operational rigor, ensuring that marketing efforts not only resonate with audiences but also support business objectives.

Natalie has also served as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for the organizations she’s led, representing brand values across media, community and stakeholder settings. She has managed crisis communications and reputation strategy during pivotal moments, guiding organizations through complexity while protecting brand trust and credibility.

Natalie holds a degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and has completed advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence in Marketing (University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business) and Prompt Engineering (Vanderbilt University). She serves as a board member of The Wits Fund, supporting educational access and community impact, and also participates in industry leadership communities including the Retail Women in Tech and the Retail AI Council. Outside of work, you’ll find her either teaching Pilates and group fitness classes or training for her next race.
