Becky Fickenworth, APR, Vice President, Account Services

Becky’s experience spans more than 25 years in communications, marketing, and account management. Becky’s a triple threat, with experienced skills as a strategist, writer, and project manager. It all adds up to making her adept at not only keeping client work on time and on budget, but also ensuring the work is carefully vetted to achieve measurable results and connect with audiences in a meaningful way. She provides counsel to a diverse client base, and executes marketing communications tactics that include writing, media relations, and internal and external communications. In addition, she watches over staff training and onboarding of new employees.

Becky’s award-winning work in pitching stories for the U.S. Navy resulted in more Fleet Week media stories in land-locked Greater Cincinnati market than every other national market except Tampa, FL.

Her background includes healthcare experience as a community relations director at Wyandot Memorial Hospital and a marketing manager at The Drake Center, a specialty rehabilitation hospital in Cincinnati. She also worked as a marketing manager at FRCH Design (now Nelson Worldwide) – an award-winning architectural and design firm. At Dan Pinger Public Relations in Cincinnati, she served clients such as Formica and the Health Alliance before joining Rasor. At Rasor, Becky’s clients have included Convergys, Cintas, Maxim Crane, UC Health, The Summit Hotel, Element Eatery, Saica Packaging, Meridian Bioscience, and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, overseeing our work on the Brent Spence Bridge maintenance project.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in philosophy with a focus in communications. She earned her APR accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America.
