Amy Clay, APR, Senior Account Executive

Amy Clay brings more than 25 years of public relations, marketing and writing experience encompassing a broad variety of industries and organizations. A consummate storyteller, Amy is a seasoned communicator with deep agency and client management expertise, experienced in message and plan development, strategic counsel, crisis management, event planning and execution, content development and media training.

Amy began her career in 1995 with Curley & Pynn Public Relations, the Manning Selvage & Lee affiliate in Orlando, FL. From there she moved to Dan Pinger Public Relations in Cincinnati, where she worked on accounts including LensCrafters and Totes Isotoner. As marketing director for StrollerFit Exercise with Your Baby, she helped craft the brand image, managed all media outreach, and launched new franchisees’ programs in markets nationwide. Amy’s experience over the years includes names like Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts, HORAN Retirement Associates, the Foundation Office at Fifth Third Bank, John Morrell, Beacon College, and White House Black Market.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Eastern Kentucky University and earned her APR designation in 2002. She makes her home in Boone County with two teenage daughters, a hyperactive goldendoodle, an elderly maltipoo and a one-eyed rescue cat.
