Victoria Knepp, Consultant
As a Consultant, Victoria provides clients with engaging social media content, insightful marketing analysis, and strategic problem solving. Victoria has more than six years of marketing, public relations, and event planning experience from agency, non-profit, and small business perspectives, giving our clients a thoughtful approach to purpose-driven communication.
Victoria’s versatile experience stretches across many of Rasor’s specialties including healthcare, municipalities, B2B and B2C. Her organization is what keeps her (and all of us) sane, but flexible when things don’t go 100 percent as planned.
Victoria started her communications career with Rasor in 2015 as a Marketing-Intern-turned-Account-Associate, where her work with the Rasor team won a Blacksmith Award from the Public Relations Society of America.
She left Rasor to spend several years in grassroots non-profit media, fundraising, and event planning and small business marketing and strategy development. In 2021, Victoria returned to Rasor as a Consultant and now works with a broad range of Rasor clients including the City of Mason, Tidelands Healthcare and Hathaway Stamp.
Victoria holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from Xavier University in public relations and advertising. When she’s not at her desk, she’s on her mat as a yoga and fitness instructor.
What’s your favorite quote from a movie?
“I’m afraid so, you’re mad. Bonkers. Off your head… but I’ll tell you a secret, all of the best people are.” -Alice in Wonderland
Which app would be the last one you’d delete from your phone and why?
It’s definitely a toss-up between Spotify and Google Calendar – weird, I know. I’m Type A to my core, so my shared, color-coded calendar is a must. I also never stop moving, so I just don’t know what it would be like without my background music to dance and sing (very off-key) to.
When did you know you wanted to work in communications?
You know when teachers say, “they talk too much in class” about their students? That was me. Always. Still is.
