The Client: A memory care community in Blue Ash, OH specially designed for people living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
The Challenge: “We are developing a new memory care community with an innovative, holistic service approach unlike anything in our marketplace. But we have no name recognition and aren’t part of big corporation. How can we help families and caregivers feel confident placing their loved ones in our care?”
Our Solution: We researched the market to understand the competitive landscape, target audiences and influencers for people living with dementia, completed a naming audit and developed a complete brand identity, tone, voice and message platform within three months. Then we developed a multi-platform campaign including a new website, print and email advertising, radio scripts, collateral, and media relations. We worked with a media planner/buyer agency to place the campaign. Our team developed a monthly customized dashboard, measuring performance across paid, earned and owned media.
The Results: Successfully researched and developed brand identity, tone, and voice in three months and launched into market with a multi-platform campaign. Months in advance of the facility opening, they received dozens of calls for information and tours and converted several leads to commitments.
