Cintas Shark Tank
The Client: Cintas, a Fortune 500 company providing business solutions around the globe to help their clients “Get Ready for the Workday.”
Their Challenge: “How can we engage our employees in improving customer communications and loyalty? Maybe a competition ‘Shark Tank’-style, with finalists flying to Las Vegas to present their best ideas to our top executives. So how should we communicate that?”
Our Solution: Posters, signage, email blasts, digital communications and collateral materials encouraging Cintas employees to take part in the “Shark Tank Zone,” where teams of employees developed competitive proposals to improve customer communications and loyalty.
The Results: The competition was fierce, yet fun. And better yet, no one lost a limb. The client was thrilled with the internal chatter the promotions generated, along with lots of great ideas they could implement to engage customers.
