It’s easy to look at these individually, but we have to remember that it’s even more important to zoom out and look at the big picture of what the data is telling us overall – and how we’re measuring up to our goals.

Practice Makes (Email Marketing) Perfect, Part I

Over the summer I shared some best practices and recommendations for leveraging social media at events and figured a nice follow up would be to do the same for email marketing. Much like websites, email marketing is here to stay and, when used strategically and thoughtfully, it can be a vital resource to maintain and build a loyal customer base and generate and convert leads.
